Virginia Woolf in Richmond talk at The Kew Society -Postponed

£3 – £6Virginia Woolf in Richmond, published by Aurora Metro Books, is a new book exploring how the town and surrounding areas influenced the writer. The book has been published in support of a campaign for a permanent, full-size bronze statue of the writer on the Richmond riverside.
Join Peter Fullagar, the book’s author, to learn more about Virginia’s important connection with the area, how Kew Gardens was influential in her career and why Richmond deserves to be fully recognised with a statue – Virginia Woolf Statue Campaign.
The Kew Society, which is more than 100 years old, is an influential organisation dedicated to enhancing the beauty and character of Kew with its historic legacy of buildings and green spaces.
